TULIP PLANTING 2006 On October 21, 2006, we planted 250 pink tulip bulbs, courtesy of Sherry Duvall, wife of Ward 7 Councilor Scott Duvall. These tulips were donated by Avon Canada as part of their crusade in support of breast cancer research for the Avon Flame Foundation, and planted by the children of Allison Park during our annual Pumpkinfest.
